Attention - Members and Clubs. Are you Prepared?

Dear Members and Clubs,   As we witness this country recover from the devastating effects of Equine Influenza, let us be reminded that the threat of any exotic disease outbreak is a real possibility and we must remain vigilant.   I strongly urge anyone involved in running events, shows, clinics, pony and riding club activities to attend the workshops detailed below.   Presented by Facilitator Barry Hamilton and Dr Warwick Vale, the workshops have been specifically designed to assist you and your clubs in managing biosecurity at your events and any situation that may require a stand still or lock down.   The workshops are free to attend and light refreshments will be provided.  Please RSVP to jobastian@bigpond.com for catering purposes.   Thank you for being a responsible club representative.   Joanne Bastian Chair Equestrian Federation of Australia (WA Branch)
