Position - Executive Officer of the EFA, WA Branch

Executive Officer of the Equestrian Federation of Australia, WA Branch Inc   The EFA(WA) is seeking a committed, enthusiastic person to fill the full time position of Executive Officer. Reporting to the Board, the EO will be responsible for the overall operation of the organisation specifically managing the effective operation of the EFA(WA) staff, providing support to the Branch and Sub Committees, achieving budget objectives, developing strategic relationships with sponsors and Government departments, increasing the membership base through introducing effective initiatives and sound membership management.   Applicants should possess:   Preferably a minimum of 5 years experience in a sports management role Preferably a degree in Sports Management Intermediate MS office and MYOB skills.  A successful track record in staff management with strong leadership skills Experience in Policy development Strategic management and marketing experience Experience in stakeholder/membership relationships and services.
