 EVENTING WA NEWS

Report on the Combined Horse Transport Brigadoon CNC

Brigadoon CNC was held in near perfect weather (except for the usual Brigadoon easterly!) with approx 240 entries. The feature of this event was the inaugural CNC 2 Star course.  The completion of this course is the culmination of the rebuilding programme that was undertaken by Eventing Promotions Inc in 2006 with the aid of a Grant from the Department of Sport and Recreation.  Tom Compagnoni has been the Course Designer since the beginning of this programme, and has done a superb job in completing this mammoth task.  Click HERE to view the full report and pictures.

GIDGE 2 NOV24/25

At Gidgegannup Showgrounds and x-c course

The Gidge x-c course is set in gently rolling parkland, with a soil type that is fantastic for jumping on - even in the dry season.  The back section of the course has had well over 200 tonnes of sand applied to tracks this year making them superb for galloping and jumping on - (and more is on the way).

The course incorporates a variety of interesting and challenging fences from Intro 2 to 2* level, and was designed and built by Tom Compagnoni and is in it's 5th year of competition.

Classes: Intro 2 to 2* (sorry no PC this time)

Details as previous Gidge event - see handbook - and for entry form. (Details also on GH&PC website and Cavalletti).

Entries to: The Event Secretatry, Gidge 2 CNC, C/- Gidgegannup PO, Gidgegannup 6083

For enquiries call Stephanie or Em on 9574 6652

Please note there will be limited b-bee jobs at 9.am Sunday Nov 18th
